Thomas Buccellato is an alumnus of Notre Dame who graduated in 1994 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.B.A. in Finance/Operations.
Tom is a managing director at GE Licensing. Tom’s team works across all GE businesses to drive innovative business models, and monetize GE’s intellectual property across all of its business units. He leads the commercial organization for GE Licensing and is the leader of the GE Trademark business, which works with global partners to drive the GE brand.
Tom has been with GE for 25 years, starting his career as a graduate of the Manufacturing Management Program (MMP) with assignments in Appliances and Lighting. In 1996, he joined Corporate Audit Staff (CAS), where he conducted and led financial, compliance, and process reviews across GE. After three years of CAS, Tom joined GE Energy, where he held the roles of FP&A Analyst, Finance ERP Leader, and GE Controls Finance Manager. Since then he has had several finance leadership roles at GE Corporate including CFO of GE Business Innovation.
Tom lives in Fairfield, CT with his wife Elizabeth and son Charlie.
