MariClare Osborn is the director of human resources for Manufacturing Technology, Inc. (MTI) with 12 years’ experience in Human Resources and an additional 9 years’ experience in traditional and non-traditional education. With a strong background in organizational change management, training and development initiatives, as well as cultural growth and enhancement, MariClare is always on the lookout for meaningful and innovative ways to develop the team’s skills and maximize each member’s full potential and organizational contributions. MariClare earned her BA degree in Biology and Philosophy from Lake Forest College and a Master’s of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University.

MariClare shares her passion for optimizing learning opportunities by also serving as President of the St. Anthony de Padua Catholic School Board.
