As an associate partner at Innosight, Matt Brady collaborates with senior executives to create strategies that strengthen existing businesses, generate consumer insights, target mergers and acquisitions, and design new business models. He has led engagements with Fortune 500 clients in the healthcare, technology, and consumer goods industries as they have faced down the ever-growing threat of disruption.
Prior to joining Innosight, Brady participated in the Leadership Development Program at BASF, managing strategy and new business development projects throughout North America. He began his career at Booz Allen Hamilton in their headquarters outside of Washington, DC. While at Booz Allen Hamilton, Brady supported the Aerospace and Defense team with numerous projects in strategic planning, process improvement, and portfolio management. Additionally, he has consulted independently in the IT and banking industries.
Matt holds an MBA from the University of Michigan – Ross School of Business and a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Notre Dame. While at Michigan, Matt concentrated in strategy and operations and was editor-in-chief of the school newspaper.
