Marian Hodges is vice president of corporate strategy and development at Data Realty. She is building an organizational operating system that creates a culture of engagement and increases the equity value of the company. With a career spanning 20+ years, Marian has worn many hats including customer experience, product marketing, operations and technology, while working with Fortune 100 and privately-held organizations.

Since moving from Silicon Valley to South Bend in 2011, Marian joins a community of leaders partnering to create economic opportunities that fuel regional growth. She serves on the school board of Career Academy (provides STEM programming) and the Data Science advisory team for the M.S. in Data Science at Saint Mary’s College. Her contributions in the Diversity and Inclusion Committee is represented in the Regional Economic Development Strategic Plan (released early 2018).

Marian has an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a B.A. in Ethnic Studies from the University of California at Berkeley, and a GSD attitude from growing up outside the US with a parent in the armed forces.
