Mr. Hess’ consulting efforts over the last 25 years at Ocean Tomo are concentrated in the areas of damages expert witness testimony in intellectual property infringement lawsuits and general valuation assistance.

He has also conducted royalty compliance audits and financial investigations. Mr. Hess is a certified public accountant and a licensed public accountant of the state of Illinois.
