The Check Your Blind Spots unconscious bias tour is raising awareness of unconscious bias and promoting diversity and inclusion within our communities. Created by CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™, the tour is designed to give people the opportunity to learn about unconscious bias, or blind spots, and explore ways to mitigate this bias in their everyday lives. Through a series of immersive virtual reality activities, individuals are exposed to the nuances of unconscious bias and thene given the opportunity to pledge their commitment to addressing personal biases and cultivating inclusive behaviors
